Shipping Information

Jantz Music Publications ships most orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. No orders are shipped on Sunday. PDF delivery is within 24 hours.

Shipping is figured according to the amount of merchandise shipped:

$4.50 - Flat base rate per shipment

- PLUS -

$0.75 - Per piece charge for single solos, duets, or trios
$1.25 - Per piece charge for complete sets

Small- to medium-sized orders are shipped First Class or Priority Mail and larger orders are shipped UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All orders outside the U.S. will be delivered via digital PDF.

How To Order

Ordering online is a simple process at Jantz Music Publications. Once you have arrived at a page with a list of products, follow these simple steps:

Enter the quantity of each item you would like in the white boxes to the right of the item's description.
Click the "Add to Cart" button to the right of the item. The number of total items you have ordered and a price total will appear in the upper right next to the 'View Cart/Checkout' link. You may view your 'Cart' at any time by clicking the 'View Cart/Checkout' link. If you wish to continue shopping, simply click on one of the category tabs at the top of the page.
If you have completed your shopping, click the 'View Cart/Checkout' button. At this point you may select 'Standard Shipping,' 'Local Pickup' or 'PDF Delivery.' If selecting Local Pickup or PDF Delivery, click the 'Update Totals' button to refresh your order and price totals. PDF Delivery orders will be emailed to you the same day your order is received.
Click 'Continue to Billing and Shipping' button.
Fill out the customer info form and click 'Continue to Payment Info.' All information provided is strictly confidential and secure.
After reviewing your order details and a summary of your order, click 'Place Order.'

You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received.

Payment of Orders

CREDIT CARD: In order to give you the fastest, most efficient service, we request that payment be provided at the time of the order. You can do this by entering your credit card number on the order form in the shopping cart.

PERSONAL CHECK/MONEY ORDER: If you prefer to not use credit cards, you may place an order by mailing us a personal check or money order along with a printed copy of your order. We will process your order when we receive it with your payment. Be sure to include enough to cover shipping and handling charges as listed on Step 3 of the checkout process. You can then cancel or continue shopping. Do Not click the "Place Order" button. If you are outside of the USA and are sending a check or money order, please note that your payment must be in USA dollars drawn on a USA bank.

PURCHASE ORDERS: We welcome purchase orders from schools and other institutions. You can shop online and then print out your order and mail it to us along with your PO.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns or exchanges must occur within 30 days of the original invoice and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note explaining the reason for the return. Be sure to always include a copy of your invoice-returns received without invoice copies will not be credited. If you are uncertain of whether you are allowed to return an item, please contact us first before sending it back.

Music is not returnable or exchangeable unless there is a printing error or we shipped the wrong item to you. In the case of defective music, we will exchange your defective copy for a corrected version if possible. We will issue a refund or credit if a corrected copy is no longer available. Music returned must be in mint condition with no markings whatsoever.

In cases of defective or erroneous merchandise, we will also refund your shipping charges if the original shipping charges pertained to only the returned item. In cases where you are returning an item for reasons other than defect or error, we will credit your account for the cost of the item only, minus shipping charges.
