Refund policy

Physical products purchased from Jantz Music Publications may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice and must be in mint condition with no markings whatsoever. 

Music can be returned or exchanged only if there is a printing error or we shipped the wrong item to you.  In the case of defective music, we will exchange your defective copy for a corrected version when possible. 

To start a return, you can contact us at pjantz@jantzmusic.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 130 Rubiwood Circle, Greer, SC, 29651.  Please include a copy of your original invoice along with your return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, let you know if the refund was approved or not, and send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at pjantz@jantzmusic.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

This policy does not apply to electronically distributed products (same day PDFs via email). All digital PDF sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
